Ross has a true passion for real estate. He founded Luxury Cashflow in early 2019 to address what he felt was a void in the market: Investors seeking to generate meaningful income from rental properties, and larger-scale homes that were sitting on the market being overlooked by the retail consumer.
Since inception, he has helped his clients acquire over $50 million worth of real estate assets that generate up to $450,000 in top-line revenue annually. He now works almost exclusively in the greater Phoenix market, specializing in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and parts of Phoenix.

Ross’ prior work for an investment group in the short-term rental space provided him unique insight into how properties were performing on popular marketplace sites like Airbnb and VRBO.
As a liaison between the company’s acquisition team and real estate agents representing luxury properties in the western U.S., Ross had the ability to evaluate hundreds of deals for positive cash flow. He quickly learned to spot revenue opportunities that the traditional investor did not yet understand or appreciate.
